我廠與有關科研院所,生產企業合作,有消化,吸收國外先進技術的基礎上,開發了礦熱爐組合把持器,組合式把持器有以下優點: 1.適用性強,可用于不同功率,不同電極直徑的嗾熱爐。 2.與用銅瓦作為導電元件的礦熱爐相比,國其導電元件與電極殼之間采用彈簧加螺栓壓緊,因而接觸電阻優于其它形式的接觸電阻,且不起弧,電流傳遞穩定。 3.由于導電元件采用了密閉設計,因此導電元件不受高溫輻射,其溫升大大低于其它形式的導電元件,導電率顯著提高。 4.由于接觸電阻減小,導電率的提高,加之內水冷,從而使電效率及功率因數明顯提高,節能達5%以上,節材在20%左右。 5.由于結構設計合理,導電元件的使用壽命成倍提高。日常維護費用大大降低,設備開動率明顯提高。 The combined type holder was developed with the cooperation of science institutions and based on digestion and assimilating of advanced foreign technologies in ore-smelting area. It has the following advantages: 1. Extensive suitability, applicable to ore-smelting furnaces of different power and different electrode diameter. 2. Better contact resistance, no arch and reliable current transfer compared with other types such as those using brasses as the conductor because the combined type holder uses spring and screw to keep the conductor and case of the electrode closely pressed together. 3. Due to the closed type design, the conductor is isolated from high temperature heat radiation so far less temperature rise compared with other types, great improvement of conductivety is achieved. 4. Due to the reduce of contact resistance and so the improved conductivity, together with the immer hydrocooling, the power efficiency and factor is substantially improved, an energy saving of 5% more and material saving of around 20%. 5. Proper structure resulted in doubled working life of the conductor, substantial reduction of daily maintenance expense, and markedly increasing of equipment operating time.
